A painter I am not.

Drawing 2 Final project. Make a self portrait and it must be your height or 5 feet. This was rushed! It was the end of the year things were planned in terms of me traveling home and then this assignment came into the picture like a surprise pregnancy. Fast, unexpected and badly BADLY timed!

It was suppose to represent something about us. I chose my love of all things dorky and my love of fashion. But I made it as complex as I could in the time that I had. I'm dressed as Audrey Hepburn because to me she has a sophisticated style and she's one of my idols not only was she gorgeous she was charming and in breakfast at Tiffany's I always thought her character was a bit on the dorky side. I don't know maybe I'm crazy.
After debating on rather to do my love of fantasy AND my love of sci-fi I decided to just do sci-fi because dammit I liked my teacher too much to have him have to look at this thing and go "What the smeg is all of this!" So I chose two pieces of Sci-fi I really enjoy not just because it's a good story but because alot of it contributes to the way I feel about the life, the universe, and everything (OMG I'M SO CLEVER)

I used gouache, ink, prisma,soft pastel, oil pastel, probably some markers, and BFK Reeves.
